Cost & registration

Cost: what the conference fee includes

The full cost of the conference is £410 (sterling). This includes all of the following:

• Conference registration fee
• 3 nights en-suite accommodation on the Bath University campus (1st, 2nd, 3rd September)
• Conference banquet (1st September)
• 3-course evening meals (2nd and 3rd September)
• 2-course lunch (2nd and 3rd September)
• Full English or continental style breakfast (2nd, 3rd, 4th September)
• Morning and afternoon tea/coffee (all days)

 

For those able to stay for only 2 nights, the conference fee is £310. For those who wish to book a place at the conference, but do not require accommodation or evening meals, the conference fee is £140.

Please note, parking is available on the university campus. A charge of £5 will be made (payable on arrival).

Funding is now available through INCORE to pay the conference registration fee, 3 nights accommodation and all meals. Delegates from the the following countries are eligible for INCORE funds: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, FYR Macedonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey. Simply complete the booking form (below) and we will make your free booking. NOTE: you will have to pay for your own travel to the UK.
